At Medtronic Diabetes, we are dedicated to improving the lives of people in our community through products that help individuals achieve their health goals, while continually innovating new solutions to address the challenges of diabetes management.

**Internship details**:

- Start date: July
- Duration: 6 months
- Working hours: 40 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)
- Working model: hybrid/ onsite
- **Based in Riyadh**:

- with required travel up to 20% of your time to other locations as needed

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Provide support and education to doctors, nurses, and patients on diabetes management and our products, addressing their questions and needs.
- Participate in patient onboarding sessions and educational campaigns to improve diabetes awareness and care.
- Manage consignment inventory in hospitals and ensure timely replenishment of used items.
- Assist the logistics team during deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
- Travel within the local region to extend education and support efforts.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Currently in the final year of studies or recently graduated in healthcare, nutrition, health education, or a related field
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, **Excel**, Outlook, and Sharepoint )
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Eager to learn, develop, and grow professionally

**Would be a plus**:

- Experience working with patients
- Interest in Diabetes. Additional training or certifications in diabetes care are a strong plus.
- Driving license
