Training Coordinator Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Scheduling & Coordination: Review Client POs, schedule training sessions, manage participant registrations, and confirm logistics (location and gate passes etc).**
**- Logistics & Communication: Arrange trainer transport, and share daily schedules with clients and internal team.**
**- Admin & Finance Coordination: Liaise with the Finance team, request and distribute certificates, and address client feedback.**
**- Reporting & Administration: Review feedback, track POs, and compile monthly training reports.**
**- Oversee the delivery of hard copy certificates and review upcoming training schedules on weekly basis.**
**- Liaise with Clients on the details of Training Sessions with regards to attendees and location.**
**- Manage the Client expectations and negotiate their needs with alignment to internal policy and process.**
**- Liaise with trainers in the Coordination to ensure they have all the required materials and information to carry out the trainings in timely manner.**
**Qualification and Requirement**:
**- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.**
**- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar training coordinator and administrative role, preferably within a training and education setting.**
**- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.**
**- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.**
- Proficiency with calendar management tools (e.g., Trafft, WordPress) and other basic office software
- Flexibility to accommodate client schedules.
**- Experience in maintaining positive client relations and resolving issues efficiently.**
