**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the entire production process in the Jeddah facility.
- Ensure that production goals and quality standards are met consistently.
- Implement and monitor production schedules to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with R&D and quality assurance teams to ensure product standards are upheld.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Train, mentor, and manage production staff to maintain a high-performance culture.
- Analyze production metrics and generate reports for senior management to facilitate decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a production management role within the manufacturing or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- At least 30 years of age
- Male
- Saudi National
