Job Title: Social Media Account Manager

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the social media accounts of our clients, including but not limited to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, goals, and target audience, and develop social media strategies aligned with their objectives.

- Create and curate engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and other media formats.
- Schedule and publish social media content using appropriate tools and platforms, ensuring consistent posting and optimal timing for maximum reach and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers and fans in a timely and professional manner.
- Regularly analyze social media metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Research and identify influencers, partnerships, and collaboration opportunities to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Create & Develop Strategies, for existing or potential clients
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and on-brand graphics, images, and videos for social media posts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities for clients.
- Provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key social media metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different brand voices and engage with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms to schedule, monitor, and analyze performance.
- Strong creative thinking and content creation skills, with the ability to develop compelling and shareable social media content.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, SEO principles, and online advertising is a plus.
- Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and platform updates.

**Salary**: ﷼10.00 - ﷼15.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
