Entourage, a leading marketing and events company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Accountant** to join our dynamic team. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of the company by ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient cost management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in developing and monitoring budgets for multiple projects and departments to ensure financial alignment.
- **Accounts Payable/Receivable**: Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- **Payroll Processing**: Handle payroll processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- **Tax Compliance**: Ensure timely tax filing and compliance with local tax regulations.
- **Audit Preparation**: Assist in preparing financial documents and reports for internal and external audits.
- **Reconciliation**: Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and financial records to ensure accuracy.
- **Expense Tracking**: Monitor and analyze expenses, identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex financial data.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the events or marketing industry is a plus.
