- Lead and manage the room service team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff
- Oversee daily room service operations, ensuring prompt and accurate order fulfillment
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Create and update room service menus, considering guest preferences and local cuisine
- Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to meet budgetary goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to provide seamless service
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports for upper management
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative room service concepts

**Qualifications**
- Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a guest-centric mindset
- Proficiency in hotel management software and point-of-sale systems
- Solid knowledge of menu planning, food service, and inventory management
- Experience in budgeting and financial reporting
- Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Food safety certification
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian cuisine and cultural norms
- Understanding of Islamic dietary laws and halal food preparation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
