**Role Summary**:
The Project Manager, Delivery is responsible for managing and leading logistics-related projects from initiation to completion. This role involves coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that project goals align with the organization’s strategic objectives. The manager ensures that all logistics projects are executed efficiently, meeting quality standards, budget constraints, and deadlines while working closely with internal teams and external vendors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, warehousing, transportation, etc.) to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Identify project risks and create contingency plans.
- Lead and oversee the execution of logistics projects, ensuring that all phases are completed on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to stay on target.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Work with third-party vendors and suppliers to manage logistics activities such as warehousing, shipping, and transportation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and vendors.
- Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes.
- Present reports, analyses, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Facilitate effective communication between team members to ensure clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements in logistics and project management to increase efficiency.
- Analyse project outcomes and use data to inform future project planning and execution.
- Stay current with trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management.

**Educational Qualifications & Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or project management.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
