JASARA PMC is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within a diverse range of sectors, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead large-scale infrastructure projects that directly contribute to the development and growth of Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Oversee the preparation of project proposals, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and other teams to facilitate project execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
- Attend meetings and establish good relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, meeting timelines and budgets.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and resources effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
