**Production Manager**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring smooth workflow from cutting to stitching, finishing, and delivery.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet order deadlines and customer requirements.
- Manage production staff, including tailors, cutters, supervisors, and quality control teams.
- Monitor production costs, optimize resource utilization, and reduce waste.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions when required.
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and sales teams to ensure accurate material planning and production forecasts.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements for higher efficiency.
- Maintain production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Enforce workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized production environment.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **5+ years of experience** in garment manufacturing or uniform production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, fabric types, and garment construction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in production planning and reporting tools.
- Experience in the têxtile/uniform industry is a strong advantage.
