Production Manager

Middle East Mattress Factory Co. is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You will ensure that production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our mattress products. As a key leader, you will manage production staff, optimize operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows.
- Monitor quality assurance processes to maintain product standards.
- Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Analyze production metrics and initiate improvements based on data insights.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production environment.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mattress or furniture manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of production methodologies, quality assurance, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proficient in production planning tools and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Preferred: Male, aged 35 to 45 years, Saudi or Lebanese nationality.
