**Job Description**:
- Develop and execute the company's business development and sales strategy in Saudi Arabia, in alignment with the company strategy.
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, and formulate plans to close the relevant deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, private enterprises and government agencies.
- Lead the development and negotiation of partnerships and collaborations with other companies in the region.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the local market.
- Develop and manage budgets, sales targets, and operational plans to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Monitor the market and keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and competitors.
- Represent the company in public forums, conferences, and other events.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing and communication strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws and regulations.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, including pipeline status, forecasts, and customer feedback.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
- Deep understanding of the local regulatory environment and business practices in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong network in the region across the public and private sectors
- 8-10 years of experience in the technology industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of identifying and developing successful business opportunities in a competitive market.
