Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Manager - MEP Electrical Engineer to join our team and contribute to our groundbreaking projects in the entertainment and leisure sector. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of all electrical systems within our MEP scope, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and development of electrical systems for large-scale infrastructure projects, including power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with overall project design.
- Manage a team of engineers and technical staff, providing mentorship and guidance to support their career development.
- Review and approve electrical design documentation, calculations, and specifications to ensure compliance with local codes and industry standards.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and quality of electrical installations.
- Identify and resolve design and construction issues while maintaining project timelines and budgets.
- Prepare and present status reports, project updates, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive the adoption of sustainable practices and innovative technologies in electrical design and installation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in MEP engineering with a strong focus on electrical systems in large-scale projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex electrical projects and leading engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, local codes, and standards.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
- High proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
