We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance

**What You'll Do**:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately.
- Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders, ensuring quality and quantity standards are met.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular monitoring and stocktaking, compiling orders based on business needs.
- Ensure accurate inventory transactions and timely dispatch of orders.
- Supervise the team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Address vendor delivery issues and manage return processes in line with company guidelines.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to achieve On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries and meet key warehouse KPIs.

**What Are We Looking For?**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor, preferably in F&B or kitchen operations.
- Experience handling frozen, chilled, dry food, packaging, and consumables.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and compliance standards.
