**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct calls and site visits to engage with potential clients and effectively close deals.
- Utilize proven sales techniques to navigate the closing process and secure agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Document all interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure a seamless closing experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for success.
- **Maintain monthly sales targets to drive personal and team performance, ensuring the continued success and growth of our sales efforts.**
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales closing, particularly in door-to-door or direct sales environments.
- Experience in the hospitality sector, particularly with hotels, is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales procedures and techniques to effectively close deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for travel.
**Job Type**: Commission-Based
**Compensation**:
- Commission of 15% on each deal closed.
- Fuel expenses reimbursed for travel during working hours for meetings and door-to-door sales.
