Business Development Senior Manager

Leads and manages activities and processes related to developing Nahdi Medical Company's new overseas sourcing models.In coordination with different divisions and ensures all the defined KPIs are delivered and managed. Develops sourcing network for extended assortment for defined categories, manages the relationship with existing suppliers, and ensures compliance of products and vendors with the company and governmental policies. Analysis of commercial offers, assess and propose potential financial growth of suppliers, overall sales and inventory, follow up on main KPI, like GM, inventory and sales, new launches on-time performance.

**Accountabilities**
- Lead with Category Management heads the identification assortment opportunities and sets annual launch plan for Imported brands
- Develop PL Importation brands and ensure the financial protentional growth is going through the year as planned and meeting the overall Commercial - PL expectation.
- Plan with the concerned stakeholders for the execution of sourcing plan and related processes among categories.
- Set PL/Direct imported brands plan and ensure that all imported brands in line with category strategy
- Manages the related projects and ensures the assortment meets the defined timelines and ensure all the activities are executed on-time
- Revise & endorse the cost-benefit analysis pre and post product launching, expected risks, market positioning & the product quality standers.
- Ensure PL market competition and global trends under the radar and our assortment up to the annual targeted expectation
- Ensure all agreement and negotiations with various overseas suppliers are at the best conditions and expectations when it comes to cost prices, margins, payment terms, quality level and inventory)
- Develop the defined sourcing criteria and proposes new PL imported overseas vendor selection terms to management
- Review new Directly Imported brands vendors sourcing process and plan visiting specialized global fairs, travels to audit vendor facilities, online sourcing...,)
- Monitor and maintain overall PL/Importation brands from aspect of vendor relationship as being the main contact point
- Ensures effect inventory control by collaboratively working closely with, Supply Chain Category and Management (inventory level, lead times, and other logistic requests).
- Project manage new product development, creation, and rationalization of brands across the portfolio, regularly analyzing the overall performance and provide insights to leadership team.
- Supervise all generated reports that indicates to statues of overall Private label new launches, sales, suppliers performance and making sure aligned with internal and external stakeholders and overall business direction.
- Analyze on PL/IMP brands achievements through internal presentations (Commercial meetings, SOP meetings, meeting with other stakeholders)
- Build a high-performance team by providing continuous on job development opportunities through conversations and open other channels as part of the role as senior manager.
- Recommend the best fit courses for the team in collaboration with Human Resources Department and conduct coaching sessions in order to ensure performance objectives are met.

Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirement**

**Education**
- BSc Degree

**Experience**
- 5- 8 Years of Experience in overseas sourcing or procurement
- Experience of doing business with international suppliers
- FMCG product development experience optional

**Computer Skills**
- MS Office Suite
