**What you will be doing**:

- Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Implementing best practice engineering methods
- Providing technical guidance to engineering teams and top management
- Supporting established organizational objectives by developing goals and strategies
- Presenting budgets and plans
- Finding and implementing ways to improve cost-efficiency

**Your experience and skills include**:

- BSC Degree or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Team player
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of team members
- Has lots of initiative, assertiveness and is innovative
