Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the engineering department, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering management, with a proven record of leadership in a complex environment.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale engineering projects.
