**Job Summary**

Overseeing the development and implementation of digital CRM strategies and managing customer data to drive business growth

**Responsibilities**
- Lifetime Value: Monetize our customer database
- Segmentation & Personalization
- Customer Lifecycle (RFV- Recency, frequency, Value)
- Customer Long Term Relationship > Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
- CRM Calendar
- Offers Analysis > CRM & Paid use information to optimize (with support of Performance media
- Automated Journeys
- Content Creation (Offers, Banners, Social, PN, etc...)
- Dashboard creation and digital sales reporting
- Test & Learn agenda

**Requirement**
- Bilingual: Fluent in English & Arabic
- 3 to 5 years experience in management roles
- 7 years experience in Marketing
- Saudi or any nationality with Valid Saudi Iqama
- Skills:

- DBM (Query), Campaign, Data integration, CRM tools (CDP, Plexure, GetResponse)
- Attention to detail, Analysis, Planning, Organization, Strategic View (new integrations), Relationship
- KPI:

- CTR, CTO, %CRM over all digital offers generated, AC, GP%, GP Value, CLV
- Gross revenue, Discounts from coupons, Net revenue, Percent discounted, Average net order value, (ROAS when available)
