كمدير حسابات، تلعب دورًا حيويًا في فريق مبيعات الأعمال المبتكرة لشركة كانون وستكون مسؤولاً عن جلب عملاء جدد من قطاع الأعمال إلى الأعمال (B2B) وتجديد العملاء الحاليين وزيادة المبيعات وبيع منتجات كانون الأساسية واستغلال فرص الحلول والتصوير المكتبي.
من خلال التواصل المنتظم مع العملاء الجدد المحتملين والعملاء الحاليين في هذا القطاع، ستكون الشخص المسؤول عن بناء العلاقة مع هؤلاء العملاء، وكذلك المتحدث الرسمي للعملاء في شركة كانون العربية السعودية (CKSA).
أنت مسؤول عن فهم بيئة كل عميل حكومي فريدة من نوعها واحتياجاته الأعمال ورؤيته التكنولوجية ودوافعه الداخلية. باستخدام هذه المعرفة وخلفيتك التقنية، ستبحث عن طرق لتلبية احتياجات العملاء وزيادة الإيرادات السنوية لكل عميل والسعي لضمان رضا العميل واحتفاظه وزيادة الوعي بعلامة العلامة التجارية في سوق المملكة العربية السعودية.

- توليد آفاق عالية الجودة في قطاع الحكومة من الشركات الجديدة الصغيرة إلى الكبيرة في جميع مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية وإدارة خط أنابيب نشط جدًا بأدورات بيع قصيرة أو طويلة المدى
- مسؤول عن رعاية وزيادة الإيرادات لعملاء CKSA الحكوميين الحاليين
- إقامة اتصالات / علاقات تجارية قوية مع أصحاب الأعمال، بما في ذلك جمع المعلومات وقيادة العميل في رحلة أن يصبح عميلًا وإبقائهم راضين
- اكتساب وإنهاء صفقات تجارية جديدة من خلال الاتصال البارد والاستكشاف
- تحديد آفاق مؤهلة والتنقل في هياكل الشركة لتحديد صانعي القرار. السعي بنشاط لوسيلة جديدة لاختراق العملاء وجذب الآفاق وتحديد فرص لتنمية الأعمال مع العملاء الحاليين
- تطبيق مهارات مبيعات استشارية مطلوبة لمساعدة في شرح فوائد وميزات المنتج، وتجاوز الاعتراضات، وإنهاء المبيعات
- تعزيز مشاركة العملاء واجتماعاتهم وتطوير فرص أخرى وأصول ماهرة أخرى لتصور واقتراح وإغلاق الصفقات
- يعمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للعملاء المعينين
- تقديم العروض والعروض التقديمية وجهاً لوجه و / أو عبر الإنترنت
- تتبع وتحليل اتجاهات السوق / الصناعة وتحديد فرص جديدة للأعمال والحفاظ على معرفة معمقة بالسوق الحالي
- الحفاظ على تقرير أنابيب نشط من خلال Salesforce ، وتسجيل جميع الأنشطة
- التواصل مع العملاء / العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم وشرح قيمة المنتج
- استخدام أداء المنتج لبناء الثقة والقيمة والتأثير على العميل (العملاء)
- اقتباس الأسعار والأسعار حسب الحاجة لإنهاء الصفقة
- تلبية أو تجاوز أهداف وتوقعات المبيعات. مسؤول عن زيادة إيرادات المبيعات.
- يتم قياس النجاح في هذا الدور من خلال تحقيق أهداف التوليد اليومية والأسبوعية والبقاء دائمًا قدمًا في المقاييس اليومية، فضلاً عن العمل ضمن بيئة تركز على الفريق
- ضمان عملية استلام سلسة حيث تقدم مدير الحساب وباقي الفريق إلى العميل وإرساء التواصل المنتظم في المستقبل
