**ROLE PURPOSE**:
To support in achieving the objectives of the SME Strategy.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**1 - Project Support**:

- Support in arranging Kick-off meetings for the strategy streamline with stakeholders.
- Participate in maintaining the streamline/initiatives detailed plan with critical path.
- Follow up to ensure alignment of strategy execution with approved targets/KPI.

**2 - Reporting**:

- Maintain the project dashboard to track progress for all projects/initiatives.
- Send periodic progress updates to project stakeholders.

**3 - Governance**:

- Participate in establishing communication guidelines.
- Maintain all internal policies for referral points and updates.
- Ensure SME function follows regulatory requirements and provide feedback.

**4 - Customer Experience**:

- Keep track of customer journeys to analyze feedback and recommend fine-tuning of their experience.
- Ensure customer experiences are aligned to market requirements and business outcomes.
- Classify ideal customer profile and map their journeys from purchase to retention.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Good presentation skills
- Experience in project management is a plus.

**Education**:
engineering / Business Administration/ other related fields
