- فهم مجموعة المنتجات وإعداد العروض التفصيلية.
- متابعة عمليات التركيب وضمان تنفيذها بسلاسة.
- تقديم الدعم في عمليات **الإصلاح والصيانة** وحل الأعطال.
- متابعة **التقنيات الجديدة** ودمجها ضمن العروض المقدمة.
- القيام **بزيارات ميدانية** لمتابعة تقدم المشاريع وتلبية احتياجات العملاء.
- العمل مباشرة مع العملاء لبناء علاقات قوية وتقديم خدمة مميزة.
