Qiddiya Investment Company is a leading real estate company in the region, specializing in the development of transformative entertainment and leisure destinations. We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager - Office/Commercial to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of office and commercial buildings within our prestigious projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional who can ensure the successful delivery of projects while adhering to quality and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sound Project Management and Technical Skills across all facets of Commercial Office Development
- Well-rounded and experience working client-side Project Management Firm
- Proven track record of Project Managing design and delivery of Commercial Office Buildings (preferred experience +5 Office Buildings)
- Comprehensive understanding of the Commercial aspects of being on the Development side (Budgets, Feasibility, Cashflow)
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of the office design process and experience in program management
- Good Experience in Report writing and Reviewing reports for accuracy
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong Energy levels / Self Starter
- Has a lead from the front approach
- GCC experience is an advantage, but not necessary
- Commitment to the Office Development Team and the Kingdoms Saudi 2030 Vision

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 9-12 years of relevant experience in real estate development/delivery
- Proven experience in managing office and commercial building construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software.
