**Description of the role**:

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Pico Play’s standards.
- Allocate resources, manage budgets, and control costs to maintain profitability and ensure all financial objectives are met.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring consistent communication and addressing any issues or changes promptly.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to proactively manage project challenges and minimize disruptions.
- Enforce quality control and safety measures across all project stages, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration, productivity, and alignment with project goals.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior role overseeing large-scale projects in attractions, construction, or entertainment.
- Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar projects, budgets, and schedules effectively.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Superior communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulations and experience in the region is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
