**Job Summary**:
As a Shop Drawing Draftsman specializing in hotel and building management, you will be responsible for creating detailed shop drawings and technical plans for construction and renovation projects within hospitality and commercial building environments. Your role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to translate design concepts into precise drawings that guide the construction process and ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Shop Drawing Preparation**:

- Develop detailed shop drawings, schematics, and technical plans based on architectural and engineering designs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and drafting tools to accurately depict structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components of building systems.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and other stakeholders to review design concepts, resolve design conflicts, and incorporate design changes into shop drawings.
- Communicate effectively with project teams to ensure alignment on design intent, functionality, and construction methods, facilitating smooth project execution.
- **Code Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in the development of shop drawings, including structural, fire, and accessibility requirements.
- Stay updated on relevant building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure accuracy and adherence in shop drawings.
- **Accuracy and Detail Orientation**:

- Pay meticulous attention to detail in creating shop drawings, including precise measurements, annotations, and dimensions, to accurately depict construction elements and specifications.
- Review and cross-check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, identifying and correcting errors or discrepancies as needed.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct quality assurance checks on shop drawings to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with project specifications, design intent, and industry best practices.
- Address feedback and revisions from project stakeholders promptly, incorporating changes and updates into revised drawings as required.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain organized documentation of shop drawings, revisions, and project correspondence, ensuring version control and accessibility for project teams and stakeholders.
- Generate transmittal documents, drawing logs, and other project-related documentation to track and manage the flow of drawings and information.
- **Deadline Management**:

- Manage workflow and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and milestones, coordinating with project managers and team members to ensure timely delivery of shop drawings.

**Salary**: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per month
