**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain **end-to-end Power BI solutions** (including dashboards, reports, and datasets).
- ** Design and optimize data models** (back-end) to ensure performance, scalability, and data accuracy.
- Create engaging and interactive **front-end visualizations** that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform regular troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization of reports and dashboards.
- Provide **training and knowledge transfer** to end users and internal teams.

***Key Requirements**:

- ** 5+ years of hands-on experience** with Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, and reporting).
- Proven ability to develop both **front-end visualizations** and **back-end data models**.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
