- ** Education**: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI, CIPD) are a plus.
- ** Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in supporting performance management systems, HR consulting, or related fields.
- ** Technical Skills**: Familiarity with HRIS systems and performance management software. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is desirable.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve employee and organizational performance.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels.
- ** Project Management**: Experience in supporting the implementation and management of HR projects, particularly those related to performance management systems.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
