Key Responsibilities:
Participate in project planning and development, including site investigations, feasibility studies, and cost estimation.

Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for civil engineering projects.

Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.

Conduct site inspections, quality assurance checks, and progress assessments to monitor project performance.

Perform structural analysis and design calculations for various civil engineering structures, including buildings, bridges, roads, and drainage systems.

Utilize engineering software and tools to model, analyze, and optimize structural designs.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate project execution and resolve issues.

Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project delivery.

Proactively address technical challenges and unforeseen obstacles to keep projects on track.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including design records, construction reports, and as-built drawings.

Prepare project progress reports, technical memos, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree or professional certification is a plus.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering design and construction.

Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
