**Job description** Purpose**

Ensure that the company's activities conform to all laws and regulations

**Accountabilities**
- Summarizing cases and preparing reports.
- Conducting research, investigating facts, and developing legal arguments.
- Organizing and archiving the legal documents.
- Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes.
- Preparing briefs, legal correspondence, pleadings, appeals, and other legal documents.
- Handling any investigating handled by legal department if it’s required.
- Gathering and analyzing statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, documents, and other data.
- Support HR with any related Labor Law’s matters.
- Support other departments whenever needed.
- Handling Najaz and Abshr system.
- Handling all company and shareholders powers of attorney.
- Participation in contracts negotiation with business partners from a legal perspective.
- Support in issuance of permits, licenses to the company with related authorities.
- Representing the company in any government sectors.
- Dealing with Ministry of Commerce in updating/amending the CR, AoA
- Handling trademark registration and renewal.
- Handling any other task assigned by the legal advisor.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor in law

**Experience**
- More than 3 years of experience in the legal field
- Aware of KSA laws, rules
- Computer knowledge
- Communication skills
- Leadership Skills
