In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive business growth and build strong partnerships with corporate clients.

Your primary focus will be on creating and executing marketing campaigns, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and develop marketing collateral that effectively communicates the value proposition of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Create marketing strategies that support the Sales team in expanding each sub-segment.
- Oversee the production of sales marketing tools, materials, and promotional items.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to organize and execute sales marketing campaigns that align with specific revenue and attendance goals across all segments.
- Support the international team in negotiating and implementing Co-op campaigns with major international partners.
- Design and execute sales marketing campaigns in collaboration with Trade Partners.
- Produce marketing materials to aid the Sales team in revenue generation.
- Work with the Multi-Park Brand Owner to devise strategies targeting the B2B segment.
- Organize and implement both paid and in-kind/barter marketing campaigns with key travel and trade partners.
- Coordinate with the Brand Marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across B2B and B2C marketing.
- Customize marketing materials with the International Sales team to reflect regional cultural nuances and marketing trends.
- Manage and enhance the B2B portal's content, development, and user experience.
- Create and maintain online materials to educate and engage Trade Partners.
- Assist the Sales team in designing and branding internal documents.
- Conduct regular reviews of all B2B marketing materials to ensure compliance with brand and IP guidelines and relevance of messaging.
- Organize and manage Trade shows and Roadshows.
- Support the Sales team in organizing and executing FAM Trips as needed.
- Plan and carry out market entry events internationally as the opening approaches.
- Coordinate with our international representatives in India and the GCC to initiate campaigns/products and manage media events.
- Perform any additional duties necessary to support the Shared Services teams, adjusting responsibilities as required by business or emergency changes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry
- In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals
- Flexibility to travel as needed

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Creative Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field

5-8 years of marketing experience in theme parks or related, specializing in advertising, promotions, project management, and analysis, ideally in a management role within the leisure and entertainment sector.

Skilled in media planning and buying
Proficient in data analysis and reporting
Highly organized and deadline-oriented
Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Strong in budget management and financial forecasting
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other marketing tools and platforms.
