**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain document control policies and procedures.
- Lead the document control team in organizing, categorizing, and managing project documents, including contracts, reports, and drawings.
- Ensure the highest level of document integrity and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor document revisions, approvals, and distribution, ensuring stakeholders have access to the latest information.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to support their documentation needs effectively.
- Conduct audits and assessments of the document control process for continuous improvement.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior document control staff.
- Coordinate the document management for various projects across the organization.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to ensure efficient document flow.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in document control, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of document control procedures, particularly in the construction or real estate sector.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in document management software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members for effective performance.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects is highly desirable.
