Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a passionate and strategic Senior Director - ESG Strategy to lead our commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices. This role is critical in integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles throughout all operational and developmental activities within Qiddiya, ensuring that our investments not only drive economic growth but also create positive social and environmental impacts.
As the Senior Director - ESG Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive ESG strategies that align with Qiddiya's corporate objectives and vision. You will lead a cross-functional team in advancing Qiddiya's sustainability initiatives, establishing benchmarks, and enhancing our reputation as a leader in sustainable development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement Qiddiya's ESG strategy, incorporating best practices and stakeholder feedback.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the identification, assessment, and management of ESG risks and opportunities.
- Monitor and report on ESG performance metrics to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote ESG priorities and foster collaborative initiatives.
- Identify and lead initiatives that drive community engagement, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship.
- Advise senior leadership on ESG trends, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Develop and manage budgets for ESG programs and initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in ESG, sustainability strategy, or related fields.
