**Job Summary & Purpose**

Maximize customer service and customer satisfaction.

**Reports Required**
- **Weekly Complaints Report**: fill the report of customers’ complaints stating customer’s info, problem, branch, solution, response time etc. “report delivered to Marketing Manager”
- **Internal Tickets Weekly Report**

**Responsibilities**

1- Greet customers warmly and comply with CS rules and regulations.

2- Follow FAQ guidelines and point any missing information or concern to manager.

3- Handle customers’ issues and complaints and send tickets to assigned departments.

4- Collaborate positively with departments, and work closely with Sales and Delivery on problem solving & Issue resolution.

5- Follow up on timeline and deadline of customers’ complaints and respect the promises given to customers until we ensure customer satisfaction.

6- Call every customer, post-delivery, to check level of satisfaction or report any complaint along with customer service ticket.

7- Submit weekly complaints report on overall customers’ satisfaction and issues faced to Customer Service manager.

8- Conduct some daily Customer Service surveys to assess customer Satisfaction.

9- Communicate with customers through WhatsApp and answer their inquiries.

10- To check all the delayed ticket and make sure they are closed before the due date.

11- Report to Customer Service Supervisor any delay in tickets response.

12- Update of CRM regarding ALL customers’ contacts & addresses whenever possible, or whenever communication is done.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
- Fluent in English

**Experience**

0-2 years of experience in customer service

**Competencies**
- High level of communication skills both oral and written.
- Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Negotiation & Influencing Skills
- Problem Solving skills
- Knowledge in ERP sales modules & CRM.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
