Job Summary:
A Brand Specialist is an expert in developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement, as well as managing the company’s public relations and marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing brand management strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Collaborating with marketing and public relations teams to create and execute marketing and public relations campaigns
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform brand management decisions
- Managing the company's online presence, including social media accounts and the company website
- Conducting research to identify opportunities for brand growth and development
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistency in the company's brand messaging and positioning
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Developing and maintaining relationships with media outlets and influencers to increase brand visibility
- Assisting with the development and implementation of the company's overall marketing and public relations strategies
- Managing budgets and resources related to brand management and marketing activities
- Analyzing the effectiveness of brand management and marketing efforts and making recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or public relations role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms
- Experience with brand management and public relations
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers
