In this role, you will:

- Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
- Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with FlyAkeed key targeted partners.
- Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
- Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the internal teams.
- Work with Sales Operations to create a reporting mechanism to provide visibility on the efforts and strategies achieve overall revenue contribution.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company.
- Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prioritize potential partners based on our strategic objectives and evaluate partnership opportunities
- Monitor Partnership key metrics such as Conversion Rate, Revenue Impact, and Deal Velocity.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and brand awareness
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, managing communication, and ensuring successful relationships
- Identify additional opportunities for partners to drive engagement and growth
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Legal to ensure alignment on partnership strategy and goals
- Work with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns, events, and other initiatives
- Monitor partnership performance, analyze data and provide insights to continue to improve partnerships

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in partnership development and management
- Strong understanding of the information technology and services industry
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing partnership strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Legal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
