About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Digital Partnerships Specialist within the E-Commerce – B2B Digital Partnerships department to support the execution and follow-up of B2B digital sales activities. This role is central to maintaining strong relationships with digital partners, ensuring seamless internal coordination, updating product data, and contributing to continuous improvement in partner experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Support & Sales Coordination


• Support implementation and follow-up of digital partnership and B2B sales activities.


• Monitor partnership-related orders, proposals, and agreements.


• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.

Data & Platform Management


• Update product information across systems and partner digital platforms.


• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to partnerships and sales activities.

Partner Relationship Management


• Maintain communication with partners to enhance relationships and support their needs.


• Respond to inquiries and follow up on feedback to ensure partner satisfaction.

Reporting & Performance Tracking


• Prepare daily and periodic sales and partnership performance reports.


• Share insights with the team to support decision-making and process improvements.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or partnership coordination.


• Strong analytical and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Required Training:


• Communication skills.


• Microsoft Office applications.


• Training on order management and CRM/ERP systems.

Required Competencies:


• Effective communication with partners and clients.


• Strong organization and follow-up skills.


• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.


• Team collaboration and coordination.

Languages

• Arabic: Excellent


• English: Very Good
