- **We are now seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join our team**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that goods are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.
- Collaborating with planning team in generation of line level plans, determine production schedules, detailed line scheduling, engineering specifications, orders, related information, releasing production orders; and creating lots.
- Monitor manufacturing methods, procedures, activities, and support in the management of raw material inventories, and assessment of production performances.
- Assisting in estimating production costs, cost saving methods, and the effects of product design changes on expenditures for management review, action, and control.
- Ensure that production processes are controlled, and documents are maintained properly in coordination with Process Operators/Controllers
- Maintaining data related with daily, weekly, and monthly production as per standard formats and comply with the requirements of own department, MIS and ISO.
- Coordinating quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
- Coordinate the Lean Manufacturing initiatives and do necessary Time & motion studies in order to maximize the production targets.
- Assisting in implementing manufacturing methods, labour utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
- Ensuring the execution of all activities with complete compliance to the applicable ISO standards and ensure workplace policies according to food safety, health and safety objectives.
- Ensure product is properly segregated and identified (accepted, waiting inspection, rejected, Raw material, Work in Progress, and Finished Goods, etc.).
- Ensuring that the manufacturing process to be within the estimated cost by reviewing and analyzing the monthly and quarterly financial reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- With at least 3 years’ experience as a Production Engineer in the packaging industry/similar industries.
- Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage

**Salary**: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jeddah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
