As a part of expansion, Our group is on the lookout to hire a Customer Service Executive ( Female ) for our KSA Branch.Ideally we are looking on someone with Freight Forwarding market experience of 2-3 years mainly on to Operations. This is a hands on role to elevate the Group Standards on to the next level and would be a very much attractive as well as challenging role. Main Jobs and responsibilities would be as listed below:
- Independently Handling all ( SEA/AIR/ LAND ) freight operations for KSA station and attend overseas inquiries.
- Handling inquiries for our existing Client base on behalf of the sales team, rate negotiation with carriers, agents, origin offices and update the routing order upon business confirmation.
- Quoting to Overseas partners for their inquiries..
- Completing all activities in a timely accurate and efficient manner in accordance with procedures and work instructions.
- Using excellent communication skills at all levels while remaining dedicated understanding company requirements and procedures.
- Managing queries and multiple daily tasks that need to be resolved, ensuring overall smooth running of the department.
- Must hold atleast 2-3 years of experience in Freight Operations by all modes ( Sea-Air-Land ( Imports & Exports )
- Working flexibly to accommodate the changing needs of the business, working long hours and taking on additional responsibility.
- Collaborating with employees, overseeing the operations within the company, communicating with management, and taking part in planning the needs of the company.
- Liaising and supporting external agencies and stakeholders.
Reporting : This role will report to the Branch Manager - Freight Forwarding ( KSA & BAH)
Salary & Compensations : Per Market Standards and to be discussed based on experience.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
