Our client is a global Information Services provider with over 200 years of experience across various fields such as Finance, Compliance and Data Management. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily sales of incoming leads for specific products of D&BManaging incoming calls, answering calls professionally, providing information about service offerings and handling inquiries from existing clients.Keeping a record with details of inquiries, requests, complaints, comments and following up with the people concerned to ensure that necessary action is taken.Referring requests to the concerned people/teams.Building professional relationships with existing customers.Providing accurate and complete information as and when required.Supporting with maintaining and updating the database.Helping with research and generating sales leads. Qualification & Requirements:
1-3 years of similar experience.Proven Sales Track Record.Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team.Proven customer support experience. Customer orientation and active listening skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.Ability to work under pressure
