Parsons is looking for a **Senior Reporting Manager **to join our team. In this role you will support the development of Enterprise and Program Reporting for senior management and various internal/external stakeholders on the progress and performance for the Program. The position will create, plan and prepare reports for all phases of a Program lifecycle.

Parsons is now hiring a Senior Reporting Manager who can lead a team of professionals overseeing every phase of a mission critical program or project.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Develop strategy, framework, and customize monitoring tools for the management and reporting of weekly and monthly reports.
- Develop, maintain, and produce dashboard, progress of planned, actual, forecast trends, and KPIs in addition to highlighting opportunities and concerns.
- Develop and maintain management tools to perform sensitivity analysis for effective decision making.
- Monitor progress performance of various technical metrics.
- Oversight of document management to ensure the accessibility of all records and source documents associated with progress reporting.
- Primary point of contact to interface and coordinate with respective Functional Department Leads to compile weekly or monthly progress updates.
- Provide interface support and respond to all requests for program information from functional units.
- Perform quality review and format edits of report contents to ensure uniformity and standardization prior to publication.
- Develop customize project control systems to meet specific program requirements.
- Assist Project Controls Director or Department Functional Lead to troubleshoot various program-related issues as necessary.
- Interface with Client, attend progress meetings as necessary.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Demonstrate an understanding of Project Controls (cost, schedule, and risk) technical skills.
- Level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction delivery of a large-scale program.
- Flexibility to respond to urgent program requests and/or changing priorities.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet program requirements.
- Proven ability to perform in a supervisory capacity.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or related field).
- 10+ years of related experience, including supervisory/managerial experience.
- Ability to prepare and present effective oral and written reports.
