**Restaurant Manager**

As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for our guests, overseeing day-to-day operations, and inspiring a dedicated team.

**A little of your day-to-day**:

- Uphold high standards of guests’ service and satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for the guests.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards.
- Collaborate with chefs on menu planning.

**What we need from you**:

- Minimum of two years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with IHG or adherence to international hospitality standards.
