**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the opening of the new restaurant, including setting up the entire operation.
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of culinary and front-of-house professionals.
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for the restaurant's staff.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors during the setup phase.
- Oversee the creation of menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Establish and maintain the restaurant's budget, financial plans, and control expenses.
- Craft a unique customer service experience that embodies the fine dining atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Set the tone for a strong restaurant culture based on quality, performance, and respect.
- Plan and execute a marketing strategy to create buzz leading up to the opening and drive continued patronage.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the fine dining sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team through a restaurant opening or significant transition.
- Strong leadership skills, with an emphasis on team building and staff development.
- Energetic and forward-thinking with a hands-on approach to management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the best practices in the hospitality industry.
- Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
