**Private Chef - Live-in (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia)**

**Contract**: 4 months (live-in)
**Start Date**: Early September
**Schedule**: 6 days per week

We are seeking an experienced **Private Chef** to join a welcoming family of five (2 adults and 3 children) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role is live-in and will run for a 4-month contract, with occasional travel to Riyadh required.

The family enjoys a wide range of cuisines - Italian, Japanese, International, Mexican, American, Chinese, and Indian - and is looking for a chef who can prepare **healthy but delicious, calorie-conscious meals**.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare **3 meals per day plus a snack** for the family (not for staff).
- Cook with a focus on **nutritious, balanced and flavourful menus** suitable for both adults and children.
- Collaborate with household staff, who will assist in the kitchen and with serving.
- Source ingredients using a mix of the family’s preferred suppliers and your own trusted contacts (a credit card will be provided for food costs).
- Occasionally cater for dinner parties or small events (additional support available if needed).
- Travel with the family to Riyadh when required.

**Requirements**:

- ** Male chef** (per client request).
- Strong background in healthy cooking, ideally with calorie-counting experience.
- Previous **private household experience** is preferred
- Flexible, creative, and able to adapt menus to both adults and children.
- A team player with a discreet, professional, and approachable personality.
- Already based in Saudi Arabia (preferred) or with a valid working visa.

**Package**

- **Rate negotiable** but approx. $4000 per month
