As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our construction projects. You will work closely with the project team to manage finances, ensure cost-effectiveness, and provide expert advice on contracts and legal matters. This is an exciting opportunity to drive visible change within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia while working on the most complex programs in the world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Evaluate and prepare tender documents, contract documents, and control of variations
- Manage project finances and cost control, including change orders and progress payments
- Analyze construction design and specifications to identify incompatibilities and other inconsistencies
- Advise project management on contract matters and provide legal advice
- Negotiate contracts with contractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Implement cost monitoring and reporting systems

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 11 years of construction industry experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Proven track record in preparing and managing construction cost estimates and budgets
- Understanding of legal contracts, including procurement, and construction contracts
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and safety regulations
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages
