**Job Summary**

Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring alignment with the organization’s manpower plan and budget. This role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent, preparing job offers, and managing both internal and external recruitment processes. The position ensures that hiring practices are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals while promoting a strong employer brand.

**Responsibilities**:
**Manpower Planning and Budget Alignment**:

- Collaborate with department heads to align recruitment efforts with the approved manpower plan and ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
- Review and prioritize hiring needs based on business objectives and workforce planning.
- Build and manage a talent pipeline for critical roles to meet both immediate and long-term needs.

**Full Recruitment Lifecycle**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on internal and external platforms (e.g., internal job boards, and social media).

**Internal and External Hiring Processes**:

- Manage external hiring processes, collaborating with recruitment agencies and other third-party vendors when necessary.

**Internship Training Program Management**
- Oversee the internship training program, ensuring alignment with educational institutions and organizational goals.
- Establish partnerships with universities to create internship opportunities that enhance student learning and meet business needs.

**Job Offer Management**:

- Prepare and extend competitive job offers, ensuring alignment with company compensation and benefits policies.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and competencies needed for open positions.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of open positions and recruitment progress.

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Monitors talent acquisition metrics on a regular basis and updates the management on recruitment status and open position analysis

I**nnovation and Technology**:
**Qualification & Other Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related role.
- Experience in internal, external and overseas hiring processes.
- Expertise and understanding of the latest regional hiring trends with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with the full cycle of recruitment using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Expertise and understanding of the latest regional hiring trends with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret recruitment metrics.
- Familiarity with KSA employment laws and compliance requirements.
