Our Market Access team monitor population demographics and develop solutions to give patients access to our medicines. We act as both educators and advocates for our products, processes, and practices that help us revolutionize how our medicines create value in society.

**Major Accountabilities**:
Engaging top tier reimbursement stakeholders to accelerate Enlisting for the new Launches in KSA.
Define bidding strategies for MOH tenders.
Guide the Pricing team on the pricing strategies.
Demonstrate the value proposition of the company brands to the payers in KSA through:
Formulary inclusion of New Launches and any new public accounts.
Implementing of Expansion Plan for new Approved Indications and New brand Launches.
Mapping of key stakeholders and thought leaders in the disease area, understand views and support their needs.
Enhance the Partnership with the Public strategic Accounts.
Monitor legislative changes, help prepare company submissions and advise on action steps e.g., price benchmarking.
Communicate and alignment on finalized market access strategies with internal stakeholders.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:
Pharmacist degree.
Effective Communication Skills & ability to engage stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the public healthcare system in KSA.
Strong understanding of the local economic environment.
Preferably 1-2 years experience in Market Access.
Arabic & English Fluency.
Good utility of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
Strong analytical skills and ability to understand tenders within the country.
