This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to support the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Kingdom and the GCC through an immersive program that will have workshops, mentorship, coaching, and events to enhance Startup’s products, talents, business, and fundraising efforts forward.

We are looking for an Operations & Communication Manager, who will take a key leading role in coordinating activities, events, and external connections that will support the growth and success of the startups enrolled in the program. The role will be expected to play a lead role in communications, branding, and marketing efforts to promote the accelerator brand, key milestones, events, and success stories.

This role provides a unique opportunity to support the development of tech entrepreneurs and have a meaningful positive impact on the tech startup ecosystem in KSA through a high-profile Accelerator.

**The Operations & Communication Manager‘s main role will be**:

- Responsible for onboarding selected startups into the accelerator’s cohort, through meetings, workshops, and follow-ups
- Responsible for supporting the cohort startup in covering topics such as legal environment, business setup, business etiquette, POC, and Pilot best practices
- Leading the activities between the cohort’s startups and the corporate partner, by arranging workshops and networking events.
- Leading the exposure of the cohort’s startups towards the external stakeholders such as investors, suppliers, media agencies, development houses, etc
- Responsible for managing branding, marketing, and communication activities within the program
- Responsible for managing the program’s events planning and execution, including identifying local contractors for event management.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in operating a tech startup accelerator or incubator
- Experience in marketing, communication, branding, and events management is a big plus
- Experience in client management is a plus
- Professional writing and speaking communication skills - English (necessary) and Arabic (necessary)
- KSA National preferred but not essential
- Positive mindset and work ethic. A strong team player is willing to get hands-on
