About the Role:
Are you seeking a dynamic role to build our loyalty offering and with a strategic eye for partnerships. Do you have a knack of interpreting complex data sets and translating into actions and business outcomes?
Yours is a role that will be responsible for developing and evolving our loyalty program through a cohesive set of features that drive member and business value. A natural collaborator, you will partner with diverse stakeholders including the likes of our Analytics, Digital Experience, Partnerships and technology vendors to ensure loyalty features offers are executed with the unwavering focus on member experience.
You will be tasked with developing, designing and supporting the implementation of a cohesive set of features and initiatives that support the program strategy driving member and partner engagement, retention and revenue. Success in this role will ensure that all program features are data led, benchmarked and built on a robust commercial framework.

About You:
Degree qualified, you possess a minimum of 5 years in loyalty programs or related fields such as product design or strategy. Naturally, you must possess a high degree of commercial awareness with an ability to grasp complex business issues.
