Office: This role is full-time and Riyadh-based.

**About the role**:

- Develop and oversee the detailed implementation plan for each track.
- Coordinate with trainers, mentors, and facilitators for cohesive execution.
- Resolve operational challenges and provide ongoing support to program staff.
- Oversee the design and delivery of our offering's four learning tracks (Academic Achievement, University Preparation, Future Job Skills, Identifying Interests and Tendencies), ensuring alignment with program goals.
- Ensure quality control of offering content and activities, providing tailored solutions for NGO participants.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve the Tamkeen program experience.
