SWATX is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to enhance our technology solutions through comprehensive business analysis and system evaluation. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing system functionality, and facilitating improvements that align with the organization’s strategic goals. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert guidance and work closely with stakeholders to ensure that technology systems effectively solve business challenges.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business units to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business units and IT to ensure alignment.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for proposed system changes.
- Support the implementation of new systems and enhancements, ensuring they meet business objectives.
- Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality against requirements.
- Provide training and support to users on new systems and processes.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Proficient in documenting and analyzing complex business processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders.
- Experience with system testing and UAT processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
