Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Construction Engineer - Piling **to join our team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.

**Key Accountabilities and Activities**
- Inspect piling and piling related sites to ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, NEOM regulations, and safety standards. This may involve inspecting materials, workmanship, and equipment, as well as reviewing construction plans and specifications.
- Maintaining accurate records of all inspections and findings to track the progress of projects and to ensure that all required inspections have been completed.
- Identifying and reporting any potential safety or quality hazards or code violations and work closely with contractors to address any issues that are found in cooperation with the Quality and HSW teams. An advanced understanding of deep foundations is required.
- Monitoring the progress of construction projects to ensure that NEOM contractors are on schedule and within budget. This may involve coordinating with different subcontractors and suppliers, as well as tracking project expenditures.
- Provide weekly updates to Project Controls and Risk leads for THE LINE reporting on all CPMT contracts in the construction phase
- Communicating regularly with all NEOM stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and property owners to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that any potential problems are identified and addressed early on.
- Mobilization of multiple contractor following THE LINE procedures
- Senior construction oversight and interface with the senior management of the contracted parties from kick-off through commissioning and handover
- Primary interface for the construction teams with THE LINE Site Logistics to provide the strategy and direction for short-term logístical requirements for construction delivery.

**Background, Skills, and Qualification**

Deep understanding of piling processes, including: materials, support fluids and rotary methods, diaphragm walling methods, Building codes and regulations, Project management principles, Safety procedures.

Experience in deep foundation installation

Experience / qualifications in lifting operations is desirable.

**Experience**
- Minimum of 10 years experience in geotechnical related discipline.
